Executive Assistant

Stephanie is the Executive Assistant to Sarah Weber, President and CEO. She has experience working for junior exploration companies and has played a vital role in providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities.

By managing calendars, scheduling, and preparing for meetings, overseeing travel arrangements and preparing expense reports she has enabled executives to focus on high-priority tasks by managing day-to-day operations efficiently and professionally.  

Stephanie has an Advanced Diploma in Events Management and has experience in coordinating tradeshows, marketing and promotional materials with a focus on large-scale resource-sector events. She oversees planning, logistics, and stakeholder coordination to ensure programs run smoothly from start to finish.
