Lilly Floerke
Senior Coordinator Community Engagement
Lilly is a Senior Community Engagement Coordinator with three years of experience working in the First Nations relation and strategic communication space across provincial and federal governments.
She holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Environment, Resources and Sustainability, as well as a diploma in Environmental Assessment from the University of Waterloo. Lilly recently completed her Master of Public Policy and Global Affairs at UBC, specializing at the intersection of environmental policy and Indigenous relations. For her capstone project, she examined opportunities to better centre Sḵwx̱wú7mesh values, culture, and priorities within Squamish Nation Environmental Assessment Agreements, with a focus on advancing Nation-led approaches to assessments and decision-making.
At C3, Lilly supports a range of projects, focused on coordination, research and engagement documentation. She draws on her policy background to help ensure community knowledge and insights are meaningfully reflected throughout project planning and assessments.
