Community Relations Summer Student
C3 Alliance is seeking a dynamic summer student to support our Community Engagement and Project Management consulting teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the natural resource sector while contributing to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities
Conduct community research and draft community consultation reports.
Coordinate, prepare, edit, and format documents including correspondence, memos, presentations, and proposals.
Maintain client communication records including communication logs and monthly reports.
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
Record and distribute meeting minutes.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Required:
Current enrollment in a university or technical program.
Knowledge or interest in the natural resources industry in BC and Canada.
Strong English written and oral communications skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Assets:
Experience with GIS systems.
Knowledge of Indigenous communities and culture.
Hours & Compensation:
35 hours/week
$27.50/hour
May – August 2026
Primary location: Vancouver, BC (in-person)
