Candice Appleby

Candice is a communications professional with over 20 years experience working at exploration, mining and non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining C3, Candice was the Director, Communications and Strategic Projects at the Association for Mineral Exploration (AME). In her role at AME, Candice managed AME’s annual sponsorship program, oversaw the strategic direction of AME’s communications and was accountable for providing exceptional value to AME members through communication and strategic project initiatives. She also acted as the Program Manager for the BC Mining Alliance, a partnership between Indigenous Nations, industry and government that promotes British Columbia as a top jurisdiction for investment.

Candice has held diverse roles in the mineral exploration and mining industry, where she has focused on areas such as website and social media management, marketing and communications, event coordination, investor relations, and corporate governance.
