Ben Baker, PhD

Ben is a trained anthropologist, holding a PhD from Stanford University, where he conducted multi-year research on resource and mine-waste management, as well as the role of carbon capture and green energy technologies in mitigating climate change. Earlier in his academic journey he completed degrees in Archaeology from the University of Manchester, and Anthropology from McGill University.  At C3, he brings together this research experience with a passion for engagement and community building, and firm commitment to sustainable economic development.
